Shipping policy

We process the orders for shipping throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays.

 
Domestic shipping:
  • We provide shipping to every location in India by our multi-carrier e-commerce logistics partner.
  • There is a shipping charge that is calculated by the system at the time of checkout.
  • Apparel Orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
  • Jewelry Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us an email at info@sanandabasak.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • All our delivery partners work throughout the week, except Sundays and public holidays.
  • Tracking details will be forwarded to you by SMS / Email.

International Shipping: 
  • We provide international shipping via our multi-carrier e-commerce logistics partner.
  • Orders are dispatched within 4-5 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
  • Actual delivery time varies from 7 - 15 days from the time of dispatch depending upon the country and its customs clearance process.
  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us an email at info@sanandabasak.com within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • IMPORT DUTIES AND CUSTOMS - Any shipment outside India may have import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied on the products. In such a case, the customer is liable to pay the fees levied by the local customs authorities. This payment should be made to the shipping company on delivery to receive the parcel. We recommend that you assess the expected levies before placing your order.

Payment Policy

Payments can be made in the following methods:
  • Pay Instore - via Cash / Card / UPI app. If an order is placed using this method, the customer has to visit the store and complete their payment for the order within 48 hours of placing their order. Thereafter, the order will get cancelled automatically.
  • Online Payment via Credit Card/ Debit Card / NetBanking / UPI through secure payment gateway services.
  • COD - Cash On Delivery / Payment On Delivery / Partial COD. All COD orders have a charge of ₹149 for order below ₹2,001 and ₹99 for orders above ₹2,001.
  • We accept International Cards & PayPal for our customers outside of India.
