Cancellation Policy

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible. If unfortunately, you do need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation:

  • For outright cancellations by you, please email us at info@sanandabasak.com mentioning your Order ID in the subject line with the phrase "REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION".
  • If your order cancellation request is received before your package has been picked up by the shipper, we will refund the entire amount. Please read the refund policy.

Exceptions to cancellation policy:

  • If the cancellation request is received after your product has been picked up by the shipper, we will not be able to process your cancellation request. You will need to wait for the shipment to arrive and then apply for a return.
  • For International Orders, a cancellation will not be accepted if the product is held by customs in the destination country

 

Easy Return Policy

We understand returns are inevitable while shopping online. So, in the event, the product is not what you expected, please write to us at info@sanandabasak.com or call us and we will help process your return. However please do inform us within 3 days of receiving the product for a hassle-free return process. The cost to return the product will be borne by the buyer. Once we receive the product, we will process your return and credit your account.

Return:

  • If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, take images of the defect immediately and please refuse the package. Mail us the images at info@sanandabasak.com mentioning your Order ID in the subject line with the phrase "REJECTED BY BUYER DUE TO TAMPERED PACKAGING".
  • If you have received a defective product, contact us immediately. Take images of the defect and mail us at info@sanandabasak.com mentioning your Order ID in the subject line with the phrase "DEFECTIVE GOOD - REQUEST FOR RETURN".
  • If you have received the product and feel unhappy with the product. Mail us at info@sanandabasak.com mentioning your Order ID in the subject line with the phrase "REQUEST FOR RETURN".
  • Return pickup will only be done from the shipping address provided at the time of placing the order.
  • Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team to inspect the product to be free from any defect or alteration before we initiate the refund.
  • For COD orders, we will refund the money through an online transfer.
  • For International Orders, the buyer will need to book and pay for the return shipping to the store in India. 

Exceptions to return policy:

  • Return request is made outside the specified time frame (3 Days from receipt of the product, including Sundays and public holidays).
  • Products marked for Return Type - "Non-Returnable" are not returnable.
  • Requesting a return / refund due to color variation will is not accepted -
    • As product colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings. 
    • As we use upcycled faded denim, each jewelry piece will differ in color and texture from the images shown. 
  • Made-to-order products are not returnable.
  • Products purchased under any offers or discounts.
  • For International Orders, a return or exchange will not be accepted if customs in the destination country hold the product

 

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days.

Exceptions to Refund policy:

  • Anything missing from the package that you received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
  • The product is damaged due to use, misuse or Incidental damage.
  • Made-to-order products are not returnable and hence non-refundable
  • For International Orders, no refunds will be processed if customs in the destination country hold the product
