Between your first and second visit, Sananda and her design team go to work. Not on a computer — on paper. Hand-drawn design options with colour swatches, fabric textures, and detail sketches — created specifically for you, based entirely on your conversation. When you return, you see your outfit take shape for the first time. You tell us what you love, what you'd change, what makes your heart skip. We refine together until it's exactly right. This is collaboration — not just customisation.

Once you give your approval, we begin. Every cut, every stitch, every detail is handled with the same care and precision that has defined MAGS since 2009. Your outfit moves from paper into fabric — from a sketch into something you will wear on a day you will never forget. Every decision made along the way is made thinking only of you. And if you have a fabric of your own — a family heirloom, something passed down, picked up on a trip, saved for exactly this moment — bring it in. We will treat it like the treasure it is. Allow 4–6 weeks for something worth waiting for.

Before your outfit is delivered, you come in for a trial. This is not optional — it is our promise to you. You wear it. You move in it. You feel it. Every adjustment — no matter how small — is made on the spot. A sleeve that needs a centimetre, a neckline that needs a whisper of change. We don't deliver until it's perfect. Only then does your outfit go for its final finishing — pressed, prepared, and handed to you exactly as it was imagined, that first day you walked through our door.
